Sub:-  Transfer of students after passing 1st year Professional Course

Sir / Madam,

The University has framed the rules governing procedure of transfer of students from one recognized College to another recognized College affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik (except Medical Colleges).  The same is available on University Website [www.muhsnashik.com].  In this regard, your attention is drawn to the University Direction No. 03/2002.

For MBBS students, the transfer is dealt by the MCI, New Delhi. The detail procedure of issuance of NOC for the same is given in Academic Notification No.14/2003 available on University Website.

The said rules provide that the students desirous of transfer, after passing first professional examination, have to apply in the prescribed form along with necessary fee and documents within the period of 30 days from the date of declaration of result (both days inclusive).  Accordingly, the students should submit their applications alongwith Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik from a Nationalized Bank, payable at Nashik.  Applications received after due date will be rejected.

You are requested to bring this to the notice of all concerned students.

Yours faithfully,
