The candidate desirous of Internship Transfer
should apply within 15 days from the date of declaration of result
(inclusive both the days) along with NOCs of both
relieving and receiving Colleges, Ist, IInd
and IIIrd years marksheet,
attempt certificate, and D.D. of Rs. 2000/- in
the name of the Registrar, MUHS, Nashik from Nationalised Bank.

As per the resolution of Academic Council vide No.
23/2003 dated 23/01/2003, the candidates after passing final year Health
Sciences courses from outside the affiliated College or other University in
the State may apply in prescribed format for Internship Transfer to the
University along with NOCs of both relieving and
receiving Colleges, NOC of relieving University, Ist , IInd and IIIrd
years marksheet, attempt certificate, certificate
of MCI recognition of relieving College and D.D. of Rs.
3000/- in the name of the Registrar, MUHS, Nashik
from Nationalised Bank.

As per the decision of Academic Council vide No.
214/2003 dated 19/08/2003,
the candidate after passing Health Sciences degree from Foreign Country may
apply in prescribed format along with
(a)
Provisional Registration from concerned Central Council.
(b)
Certificate of passing equivalent examination conducted by DNB (If
applicable)
(c)
D.D. of $ 200/-
(U.S. Dollars)
(d)
Ist / IInd
/ IIIrd Year Health Sciences Degree
Course Marksheets & attempt certificate.
(e)
NOC of Relieving College (Original).
(f)
NOC from University to which relieving College is affiliated
(Original).

NOC from receiving College ( Original)
(h)
Certificate from respective Deans stating that the College are
approved / recognized by concerned Council (Original).

Internship Transfer Committee scrutinizes all
proposals received and recommends Internship Transfer on the basis of :
(a) Merit of both receiving and
relieving Colleges.
(b) 15% of total students, appearing for the final year examination, for
both Odd and Regular Batch. *
