No. MUHS / EO / 54 /72/2005 Date:06/01/2005
To,
The Dean / Principal,
All affiliated Colleges
SUB :- REGARDING INTERNSHIP TRANSFER.
Sir,
With
reference to the subject cited above, this is to inform you that, the
University has received complaints / problems from students regarding transfer
of interns. Considering this, the University has framed the following
guidelines for internship transfer :
a) The relieving college should issue the
NOC first.
b) There is no limit for issue of NOC by
the Colleges for internship transfer of students.
c) After issuing the NOC by relieving college, the colleges should allow the students to start their internship in parent College.
d) Once the student gets permission for internship transfer from the University, he/she should first complete the posting in progress and then avail the transfer allowed. He/ she should complete the remaining Internship Training Programme in the receiving college. The relieving college should issue the Internship Completion Certificate.
e) In case of Medical faculty, students desirous of transfer to Colleges outside the jurisdiction of MUHS, are to complete three months PSM / Community posting compulsorily at parent college only. In view of this, the students desirous of internship transfer to an out of State Colleges, are to be posted for PSM/Community / Rural Postings in the beginning of Internship Training Programme.
f) Those Colleges, who have not completed the first batch of final year examination, should not issue the NOC for internship transfer.
You are requested to
act accordingly.
Thanking
you,
Yours
faithfully,
Sd/-
