Ref :- Academic Notification No. 18/2003 dated 01/11/2003

and 03/2002 (Amended) dated 21/12/2004.

Sir,

In context to the subject and reference cited above, I am to inform you that the University has already notified Academic Notification No. 18/2003 dated 01/11/2003 and 03/2002 (Amended) dtd. 21/12/2004, regarding the procedure of applying for internship completion certificate and the same is communicated to all Colleges (Also published on University Website).

Inspite of the direction of the University, students are approaching University directly and asking for internship completion certificates. As per Notification, it is expected that applications of students for internship completion certificate should come collectively through College only along with documents specified in above Notifications. In the interest of students the college may forward the applications in lots as and when the students completes their internship. If the fees towards Internship Completion certificate has not submitted alongwith convocation fees the same may be sent by way of DD of Nationalised Bank payable at Nashik along with following documents;

1) Annexure I of Academic Notification 03/2002 (Amended)

2) Annexure III of Academic Notification 03/2002 (Amended)

3) Attested copy of Passing Certificate
