Draft Ordinance No. 01 /2003:   Procedure to issue Migration Certificate to outgoing students from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik to  any other University in India / abroad.

 

 

       

As per provision under Section 50 (xii) of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act 1998  it is necessary to provide an Ordinance for issuance of Migration Certificate to the students wherever necessary.

 

Rules for Issuing the Migration Certificate.

 

1)         A student in Medical / Dental/ Ayurved/ Unani / Homoeopathy/ Allied Health Sciences College may apply in the "Prescribed Proforma " to the Registrar of the University for his/her Migration Certificate from one recognized College, affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik to other recognized College, affiliated to any Statutory University in India or to any Statutory University in India or abroad after passing final year of course of the this University or wants to leave the course and desirous to join any other course in any other University in India or abroad

 

2)         The fee for issuing the Migration Certificate shall be decided by the University from time to time which shall be sent to the University through D.D. from a Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of the Registrar, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, payable at Nashik.

 

3)         The Migration Certificate shall be issued on the basis of the original Transfer Certificate/ Leaving Certificate issued by the Dean/Principal of the College last attended by the student.

 

4)         Students should ensure that the Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate ( in Original) is enclosed with the application for  Migration Certificate (Annexure-A). He/She should request the Dean/Principal of the College to forward the application along with original Transfer Certificate and attested copy of Statement of Marks of last Examination.

5)         The original Transfer Certificate received in the University office will not be returned to the candidate.  Similarly, the fee paid in respect of Migration Certificate shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

6)         Incomplete form will not be considered.

 

7)         Migration Certificate will be sent to the applicant by registered post on the address given in the application.

Instructions to Migrating Applicants

1.          The rules and regulation in respect of Migration are available on University Website.

2.          Application form is available on the University Website and may be down-loaded if need be.

3.          The Migration Fee Rs. 500/- should be paid through Demand Draft of Nationalised Bank, drawn in favour of the Registrar, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

4.          Kindly write name and address of the applicant on the reverse side of Demand Draft.

5.          Please ensure the following documents are attached along with the application form :

i.                    Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate of the last College attended (in original).

ii.                   Mark-statement of last Examination (True Copy).

iii.                Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (in the name of  "The Registrar MUHS, Nashik " payable at Nashik of any Nationalised  Bank.)

iv.                 Duly attested photograph on migration application from with seal and signature of Principal required.
