Audit Fees

 

Rs. 300 per exam Centre for auditing all accounts of all subjects. Separate department wise claim will not be admissible.

Principal or representative nominated by the Principal

One per exam centre (Not subject wise or faculty wise)

Rs. 500 for whole exam period

Misc. Expenditure

Items admissible under misc. expenditure are stationery, misc. printing, tea, breakfast, packing material, xerox etc.

Rs. 3 per candidate or Rs.1,000/- per Centre whichever is more.

Postage Expenditure or

College Courier Expenses

Over and above the misc. expenditure.

After completion of the practical examination, the convenor should submit the sealed envelope containing mark lists, attendance report, answer-books, etc. to the Dean/Principal of the college. Dean/Principal of the college will ensure despatch of this envelope within four days by a practical accounts clerk, to Controller of Examinations through a college courier/registered insured post whose travelling expenses/postage charges will be borne by the University.

 

 

Note :-

1)         A total of 4 assistants claims as reflected in Sr. No. 4, 5, 6, 7 are allowed. However, nomenclature can vary from faculty to faculty and subject to subject.

2)         Allowances for Sr. No. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 above are admissible one day prior to the commencement date of the Practical Examination and one day after completion of the Practical Examination. However, this allowance is not admissible for ‘Oral Examinations’.

3)         For Practical Inspector Traveling single in his/her own car/hired taxi, the charges admissible will be as per Sub Clause 2(iv) (A) of Ordinance 3/1999 (Amended) by shortest convenient route. In case he/she travels by railway II AC, fare by shortest railway route will be admissible.

Local Conveyance Allowance for the examiner from another college in the same city

Local Conveyance Allowance will be admissible @ Rs60/- per head per day each for incoming journey and outgoing journey i.e. Rs.120/- per head per day, applicable for all places other than Mumbai. For Mumbai and its surrounding areas like Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Panvel, Thane and Virar, Local Conveyance Allowance will be admissible @ Rs. 100/- per head per day each for incoming journey and outgoing journey i.e. Rs200/-.
