Sub.	:	II^nd BHMS (Old Course) stream pending failure students & presently studying I^st BHMS (Old Course) stream (after passing) students to complete the II^nd BHMS (Old course) till May/June 2010 exam.

It is hereby notified to give due notice to all the affected pending failure students of II^nd BHMS (Old) course to avail left over chances and the students presently studying in I^st BHMS (Old) course after their passing to enable them to avail the permissible chances to pass the II^nd BHMS (Old) course, it has been resolved by the BOE in its meeting held on 01/10/2007 to allow all the affected students as mentioned above to complete the said course (II^nd BHMS Old) upto May/June 2010 exam (Six chances i.e. Winter 2007, Summer 2008, Winter 2008, Summer 2009, Winter 2009 & Summer 2010 exams). Thereafter, all the pending failure students of II – BHMS (Old) stream course will have to appear in II – BHMS (Old) stream course in all papers afresh after one year of study from the last examination i.e. Summer 2010 exam. Their performance in any paper in the past appearances of II – BHMS (Old) stream course examinations will be treated as null and void. They will be treated as readmitted candidates as per Rule 11 (Vl) of CCH Regulations on the subject.

All Dean/Principals of respective colleges are requested to bring the above to the notice of all the affected students of their respective colleges accordingly.
