NOTE:-
1) This Scheme of College Examinations for Internal Assessment, will be strictly implemented from June 2004 onwards, for those students admitted for first term of First, Second and Third B.A.M.S. respectively.
2) For previous batches Old Scheme should be implemented, as per previous University guidelines.
3) All examination material- Theory Question papers, Answer books, Practical papers, Spoting papers, Case papers, departmental marksheets should be preserved properly and in sealed condition up to One year from the date of University examination, and the same should be made available for Inspection to Centre Observer
Subject-wise combined total marks( Theory+ Practical) obtained by student for internal assessment, should be sent to University by e-
mail, and subject-wise detail chart alongwith Signature of every student and H.O.D. should be send by post for record.
5) While awarding final Internal Assessment marks , marks should be awarded in proportion to total marks secured by student in College
Examination ( Theory + Practical ).
Any fraction of marks, should be roundup up to next higher integer ,I,e, 12.01= 13, 12.09=13,12.10=13 ,12.90=13.
6) For First B.A.M.S. Only-if the admission delays due to any reason, for more than 2 months, then First M.C.Q. Examination and First Term
Examination, may be conducted jointly at the same day.
7) For all Theory Examinations, the Pattern of Question Paper, should be same such as University Examination ( Sec- A, Sec-B, Sec-C.).
8) The Concerned Head of Department and Principal, will be responsible to conduct all M.C.Q. Examinations of 30 min. duration Randomly,
without Timetable but at a short oral notice . For All Term End examination, written Timetable should be displayed on Notice Board, minimum seven days before the commencement of examination.
9) “All examinations ( MCQ, Term end & Practical) must be conducted
and planned before the last date of submission of Internal
Assessment marks notified by the University as per provisions of
Ordinance No. 1/2002 ( Amended.)”
